
Victoria Vanzura
Victoria Vanzura is a literacy specialist and instructional leader with a passion for student-centered learning. Her career spans over 15 years and includes roles as a classroom teacher, division-level literacy coach, and national school development coach. Trained in the Science of Reading and an expert in Project-Based Learning, Victoria has worked with educators across the U.S. and internationally to design and lead professional development focused on evidence-based instruction, teacher mentorship, and the creation of transformational learning environments. Her work includes curriculum design, leadership coaching, and practical classroom strategies that lead to stronger student outcomes.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Texas State University and a Master of Education in Language and Literacy with a focus on Mentoring, Leadership, and Professional Development from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified K–12 Reading Specialist and has served in leadership roles within the Virginia State Literacy Association, where she helped organize literacy events and community initiatives. Currently a teacher with Richmond Public Schools, Victoria is excited to return to the classroom and continue her commitment to empowering both students and fellow educators.
