  • Understand the seven questions of The Coaching Habit to become a more curious leader.
  • Learn how to stop rushing into giving advice mode and become a more intentional listener.

Grade Level: Elementary|Middle|High

Success Criteria:

  • Facilitate a Keystone Conversation using the Best Possible Relationship including the Five Key Questions.
  • Utilize the seven questions in a coach-like conversation to say less, ask more, and change the way you lead by being more curious.
  • Utilize the seven questions to pause before giving advice and instead ask questions to facilitate the conversation.

Expected Impact:

Empowering leaders to build stronger relationships with their teams, shifting from advice-giving to curiosity-driven leadership. This will enable leaders to lead with increased clarity, compassion, and confidence, fostering a school culture where conversations are approached with curiosity rather than control, leading to powerful outcomes. Leaders will also become more effective in engaging with people through Keystone Conversations, and will be able to facilitate coach-like discussions by asking better questions and listening more intentionally.
